At Personified Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional care and a seamless experience for all our clients. To ensure the best service, please review our policies below:
Consultations: All treatments require a consultation with our medical staff, which is complimentary. This allows us to assess your needs and recommend the best treatment plan for you. Payment options are available for every budget and will be discussed during your consultation.
Online Booking Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all services booked online. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Illness Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to the office. Give us a call, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Late Arrivals: If you anticipate being late, please notify us by phone. We offer a 15-minute grace period; however, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
Refund Policy: All services and products are non-refundable. We are committed to providing high-quality treatments and will work with you to ensure satisfaction with your care.
